Breezy Media provides done-for-you lead generation services for painting contractors, including but not limited to: paid advertising campaign management, landing page creation, booking calendar setup, and automated follow-up systems. The specific scope of services will be outlined in your individual service agreement.

Our performance guarantee is subject to the specific terms outlined in your service agreement. Generally, guarantee conditions require:

We work with one painting contractor per defined market area. Your exclusive market area will be defined in your service agreement. Exclusivity is maintained for the duration of your active service. If your service is cancelled or terminated, the market becomes available to other contractors.
Payment terms, including setup fees, monthly retainers, and ad spend requirements, will be outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may result in paused services. Continued non-payment may result in termination of services and release of market exclusivity.

All systems, processes, landing pages, ad copy, and creative materials developed by Breezy Media remain the intellectual property of Breezy Media LLC unless otherwise stated in your service agreement. You are granted a license to use these materials for the duration of your service.
Program Name: Breezy Media SMS
Description: By opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive automated text messages from Breezy Media related to your scheduled strategy call. Message types include appointment confirmations, reminders, missed-call follow-ups, and customer support responses.
Message Frequency: You will receive up to 5 messages per appointment cycle. Frequency may vary based on your engagement.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
How to Opt In: You opt in by checking the SMS consent box when booking a strategy call at breezymedia.org/book.
How to Opt Out (STOP): To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further texts.
How to Get Help (HELP): Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us directly at ryan@breezymedia.org.
Supported Carriers: Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, Boost Mobile, Cricket, and Google Fi.

Breezy Media LLC provides lead generation services. We do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, as closing rates depend on factors outside our control including your sales ability, pricing, availability, and service quality. Our guarantee applies specifically to the number of qualified booked calls as defined in your service agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Breezy Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
Either party may terminate the service relationship according to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois.
